Diaceutics Fusion™ software is a proprietary, web-based, software application that provides a range of business intelligence and performance management applications used for personalized medicine planning, collaboration and decision-making. The software incorporates the six years of research, case studies, worktools, data sets, financial models and expertise that Diaceutics have built around the co-development and commercialization of companion and other diagnostic tests. Diaceutics Fusion™ utilizes PM specific, case based reasoning and predictive analytics to enable team leads and executives to better understand the PM landscape and then provides the appropriate level of decision support to build a comprehensive co-development and commercialization plan for targeted therapies that takes into account and models the impact of decisions across eleven key functional areas or Frameworks. These Frameworks, and the substantive educational content they contain, provide the PM situational and organizational specificity that teams require to evaluate and make thoughtful, reasoned and appropriate choices in the PM space.
Through use of Diaceutics Fusion™, asset development teams, as well as therapy and functional area leads, can clearly model and understand the full impact of alternative asset and test strategies, build contingency plans, identify appropriate partners and timings of activities and gain an understanding of the impact those strategies and plans have on the goals for the targeted therapy.
Further, where longer-term access to Diaceutics Fusion™ is opted for, the system captures and aggregates relevant strategic learning from across individual projects and functional areas in the organization, holding it as the foundation to build a corporate memory and understanding of best practices in PM planning that are made available to each subsequent team that gains access.

Furthermore, because Diaceutics Fusion™ is hosted “in the cloud” or on the internet as opposed to be housed internally and accessed by each authorized user via web browser, we are able to provide real time updates to the software with no service interruptions to the organization.
Diaceutics Fusion™ is hosted on industry acknowledged state of the art servers with multiple layers of protection to ensure each company’s individual data is kept segregated and secure. The network on which Diaceutics Fusion™ is hosted has a 100% Cisco Powered Network, built on hardened routers and regularly audited by Cisco, to ensure maximum security protection for every customer. The data centers in which the actual hardware is stored are all SAS70 Type II certified and use the latest data center technology.
Diaceutics understands just how important security is to its clients, both in competitive terms as well as the external world, and therefore implements each new client’s programs on a separate server, so there is no danger of other clients gaining access to sensitive data. If requested, Diaceutics Fusion™ can be “locked down” so that it can only be accessed via the client’s corporate network, i.e. it would not be accessible to anyone outside the client’s network, regardless of whether or not they had passwords.
One of the benefits of the design of Diaceutics Fusion™ as a software as a service product hosted “in the cloud” is that there is no IT support required from the client’s IT department after the initial determination of what browser the client utilizes to access the web.
Diaceutics makes seamless updates to the Diaceutics Fusion™ software as required through the cloud that do not result in any interruptions to the client. Diaceutics support lasts as long as the client chooses to license Diaceutics Fusion™.
Diaceutics knows that the easiest way to learn something is on an actual project and that no one actually reads software manuals or documents. That’s why we designed Diaceutics Fusion™ to be self-directed, allowing the user to guide themselves through the program by actually engaging with it. Each Framework contains a full explanation of its objectives, goals and what case studies or worktools should be or need to be completed before each individual worktool.
Furthermore, when access to Diaceutics Fusion™ is obtained as part of a Diaceutics consulting program, such as the Alignment or Foundation Program, training is conducted in real time alongside Diaceutics consultants. Because all of Diaceutics consulting programs are delivered to clients through Diaceutics Fusion™, the asset or therapy area team is trained and guided through use of Diaceutics Fusion™ simply by virtue of working together with Diaceutics.
Diaceutics is committed to making sure that its clients are comfortable with using the Diaceutics Fusion™ software, whether we are in the room with them or elsewhere. The license to Diaceutics Fusion™ that is provided as part of a Diaceutics consulting program, such as the Alignment Program, Foundation Program or Leadership Program, provides continuing access to Diaceutics consultants for the duration of the license.
Depending on how your team leader and project manager have decided to organize contact between the team and Diaceutics, you may either contact your Diaceutics team lead directly with your question or go through the team lead or project manager. Furthermore, there are access buttons within the Diaceutics Fusion™ software that allow you to send a question directly through the software to Diaceutics.
Diaceutics supports both the Diaceutics Fusion™ software and its clients in their use of the software for as long as they choose to have a license, whether that is only for the length of a consulting program (such as the Alignment program) or for a one-year or multi year license.
At the conclusion of any of Diaceutics consulting programs, all of which are conducted through Diaceutics Fusion™, the asset or therapy area team are provided with final, hard copies of whichever documents are included in the particular program they have contracted for (as would be more fully described in the initial proposal, statement of work or final contract), such as strategy plans, technical specifications, partner specifications or project plans.
Should the client choose to extend or continue their license to Diaceutics Fusion™, those documents will also be available in the system, as well as all of the underlying case studies and worktools and the team decisions on which they are based within each Framework for the team’s continued use.
