Peter Keeling (B.A., MA.) Chief Executive Officer
Over his 24 years in international healthcare, Peter Keeling has directly initiated and managed the launch of four pharmaceutical, seven OTC and five diagnostic products in addition to three joint ventures and two major joint corporate marketing campaigns. Peter has spent two extended periods in applied industrial research, including a year at MIT’s Pharmaceutical Program at the Sloan School of Management in Boston. In addition to Peter’s extensive operational experience in the US, he also has substantial experience running operations in all the key healthcare markets of the world, including Germany, the UK, and Japan.

Patrick Considine (B.Sc., PhD) Chief Science Officer
Over his 30 years in international healthcare, Patrick has directly initiated and managed the development and commercialization of more than 40 diagnostic analyte specific reagents (ASR), and five novel rapid tests. His career has evolved from successful ventures in academic R&D through equally successful ventures in state funded pre-commercial and commercial R&D. Patrick has successfully collaborated and negotiated with senior management of national and international companies, European and US government agencies (including the FDA and the CDC), and academic institutions.


Tom Zietlow (PhD, MBA) Chief Operations Officer
Over his 20 years in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and medical diagnostics industries, Tom has worked in R&D, product commercialization, brand marketing and general management. Based in the US, Tom has negotiated and managed joint international ventures in Europe and Asia, including projects and marketing programs in highly regulated industries for such clients as Kodak, Corpex, Diagnology, Cardinal Health and Tri Path. Tom received his PhD in chemistry from the California Institute of Technology and an MBA in brand management from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC – Chapel Hill.

Mollie Roth (J.D.) Corporate Counsel, VP - Business Development
With over 15 years in scientific research and the legal profession, Mollie brings a unique combination of skills to Diaceutics focusing on the emerging market for personalized medicine. Based in the US, Mollie has combined her experience as a research scientist with a complex pharmaceutical liability legal practice to focus more recently on the pharmacolegal and regulatory environment surrounding the Personalized Medicine industry and its evolving business dynamic. Prior to joining the Diaceutics team, Mollie worked with Kaye Scholer LLP, New York, NY and Nixon Peabody LLP, Washington, D.C. on behalf of a number of pharmaceutical clients including Bayer, Novartis, Chiron, SmithKline Beecham and Pfizer.
