Founded by Peter Keeling in 2005, Diaceutics has grown from a Belfast startup into a global commercialization partner. Today, under the leadership of CEO Ryan Keeling, our team brings together expertise across diagnostics, pharma, data, technology, and commercialization—united by a belief that no patient should be left waiting for the right therapy.

Ryan Keeling is a recognized thought leader in diagnostics commercialisation and technology, with over 20 years' experience driving innovation at the intersection of data and precision medicine. As co- founder of Diaceutics, he has shaped the company's strategic and technological direction, leading development of its proprietary data and advancing the DXRX platform.

Previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, Ryan has been instrumental in scaling innovation and delivering data-driven solutions to global pharma partners. He was appointed CEO in 2024.

Ryan holds a degree in Software Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and is a recognised thought leader in diagnostics commercialization and data integration.

As Chief Financial Officer, Nick is accountable for the financial health of the organization, working alongside the EXCO team to shape the company's strategic direction. Since joining in 2022, he has played a key role in driving Diaceutics' growth journey, leading strategic plans across multiple functions, supporting the Board and overseeing investor reporting, corporate governance and financial compliance across the UK, US and Republic of Ireland. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton, Nick brings extensive senior finance experience across high-growth AIM listed companies, most recently in the pharmaceutical and green energy sectors.

As Chief Data Officer and Board Member, Jordan spearheads Diaceutics' comprehensive data strategy, spanning acquisition engineering, data science and AI, to deliver cutting-edge analytics to our clients and labs. With over a decade at Diaceutics, he has played a central role in scaling the business into a global recurring-revenue platform, overseeing 300+ diagnostic commercialization projects supporting top-20 pharma. Jordan's academic and professional credentials in biomedical and clinical sciences, coupled with his state licensure as a haematology scientist, underscore his expertise, alongside his renowned proficiency in bioinformatics and biomarker testing honed through his involvement with UK NEQAS.

As Chief Growth Officer, Susanne shapes the strategic direction of Diaceutics' next phase of expansion. Identifying new opportunities beyond our core business to build organic growth and overseeing the acquisitions, partnerships, and investment decisions that translate into long- term shareholder value. She also leads the company's external thought leadership agenda, using Diaceutics' Practice Gaps research to educate the market and influence how the industry approaches patient access. Susanne brings broad commercial experience in precision medicine and molecular pathology, having led multiple global launches of Diagnostic products, and has been recognized on the PharmaVoice 100 list of transformational leaders in life sciences.

Sandra brings together Diaceutics' global marketing, brand and people strategy behind a single ambition: accelerating the company's Precision for All vision. As Chief Marketing & People Officer, she connects employer brand, culture and organizational capability directly to customer success and commercial growth—a combined mandate that keeps talent and marketing strategy connected.

With almost 30 years of senior leadership and Board experience spanning technology, engineering, banking, energy and FMCG, Sandra has led marketing, talent and transformation agendas across FTSE 100, private equity and partner-owned businesses, including, Cadbury, NatWest, SSE, Tesco, Howden and Zuhlke. Her recent focus on scaling global technology businesses shapes how she helps build high-performing, enterprise-minded teams at Diaceutics.

Peter Keeling founded Diaceutics in 2005 and has grown it into a global leader in precision medicine commercialization, supporting many of the world's most important biomarker and diagnostic strategies. With more than 33 years of experience as a pharma executive, entrepreneur and strategist, he has been at the forefront of transforming how precision medicine is brought to market, pioneering innovative commercial models across therapeutics, diagnostics and FMCG. A recognised thought leader and published author, Peter is a sought-after speaker on the future of precision medicine and healthcare innovation. He holds degrees from Queen's University Belfast and Buckingham University and was a Visiting Fellow at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
