Responsibility in action

When your mission is helping more patients reach the right therapy sooner, responsibility isn't a separate agenda. It's how the work gets done.

Responsible growth, human impact

Our work is rooted in the belief that better use of data, technology and engagement can help more patients access the right therapies. That responsibility shapes not only what we do, but how we operate, how we support our people, and how we contribute to the communities and healthcare systems around us. From patient impact and people development to responsible business practices and community contribution, we’re committed to advancing better outcomes—for patients, healthcare and society.

Environmental impact: from commitment to progress

As we grow, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact and operating responsibly. In 2025, our Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) targets were validated, supporting our commitment to reduce emissions by 42% by 2030, and reach net zero by 2050.

We continue to invest in more sustainable ways of working—from transitioning our Belfast headquarters to 100% renewable electricity, to strengthening how we measure and manage emissions across our operations, we’re serious about turning commitment into action.

Social impact: from potential to growth

The challenges we take on are complex. The opportunity to make a difference is real. Across 16 countries, our teams are united by a shared belief that no patient should be left waiting when the science already exists to deliver the therapies they need. That means creating a culture where people are empowered to think differently, challenge convention, grow their expertise, and make a meaningful impact.

We invest in learning, leadership and career development, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and support our people to succeed together. Because changing outcomes for patients starts with the people willing to change the system.

Governance: protecting data. Earning trust

Working at the intersection of healthcare, data and technology demands the highest standards of governance. From safeguarding patient data to ensuring its ethical and compliant use, we’re committed to operating responsibly and transparently.

We believe organizations working with healthcare data have a duty to lead by example. It’s why we continue to invest in robust governance, data protection, cyber security and compliance practices. Guided by clear policies, strong oversight, and a culture of accountability, we work to earn the trust of patients, customers, partners and employees every day.

Our approach is built around responsible data stewardship, privacy and security, ethical business conduct, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement—helping ensure our standards evolve alongside the industry we serve.

Here’s how:

  • Data privacy - Protecting patient data through robust governance, security and privacy practices.

  • Cyber security - Continuously strengthening systems, processes and controls to safeguard information.

  • Ethical business practices - Operating with integrity, accountability and clear standards across our business.
