Abstract
In this third, and final report of the Axis for Change Manifesto, we take a more forward-thinking approach that celebrates the ongoing, disruptive achievements that are reshaping the testing landscape and building a foundation for a new era of patient testing, finally unlocking the promise of precision medicine.
We call for significantly greater levels of investment in the diagnostic pathway to give more patients the opportunity to access the optimal treatment.
This final report reviews the key forces reshaping the precision medicine landscape and looks toward a new era of patient testing, that unites all stakeholders.
