Dawn is an HCPC-registered biomedical scientist with over 25 years’ experience in histopathology, IHC and molecular pathology. She has worked as a lab manager/senior scientific officer/director of operations and senior biomedical scientist at the NHS and in the research, independent and EQA fields. Dawn has worked in major research and academic labs and large teaching hospitals in London. She recently provided support at UK NEQAS ICC and ISH as an assessor.
As Finance Assistant,. Deborah manages the Sales Ledger, specifically raising all sales invoices and submitting these to our clients. Deborah also monitors the invoice schedule reporting daily figures to the Finance team on the periods ahead and has responsibility for credit control, new client onboarding and providing strong admin backup to the Finance Team as a whole.

Dr. Magliocco MD is a Board-Certified Pathologist with over 30 years experience in tissue pathology, research, molecular diagnostics, and digital image analysis. He has founded and led multiple laboratories and has overseen the deployment of numerous new laboratory tests in his career in both Canada and the USA. Most recently he was Chairman of the Department of Anatomic Pathology at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. He was also the executive director of Esoteric Laboratory services and Scientific Director of the Moffitt Tissue Core between 2011-2019. He was the founding Director for the Moffitt Molecular Pathology Fellowship Program, and the Moffitt Digital Pathology Training Program. He has held numerous other leadership positions in Academic Societies and in the National Cooperative Clinical Trials Groups including the role of Pathology Committee Chairman for RTOG.
He has published over 200 research articles, held extensive peer reviewed grant funding, has numerous patents applied, and is a frequent invited speaker to international diagnostic technology meetings. Keith Kerr is a Consultant Pathologist for NHS Grampian and Honorary Chair in Pulmonary Pathology at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He has a busy diagnostic clinical practice and is active in lung cancer research. He is Chair of the IASLC Pathology Panel and served on the IASLC Board of Directors from 2013 to 2017. In 2016 he received the IASLC Mary Matthews award for Pathology and Translational Research and in 2019, the Lifetime Achievement award from the British Thoracic Oncology Group. He is a member of the ESMO Lung Educational Faculty, is Pathology Chair for the ETOP Lungscape group, and was a member of the panel for the 2004, 2015 and 2020 WHO lung cancer classifications. He has worked on numerous clinical research lung cancer trials groups, guideline panels, and conference scientific committees. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Thoracic Oncology. He received Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2006 and Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Pathology, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 2016.

Came to Invicro and Ambry Genetics as Chief Medical Officer of Advanced Pathology and Genomic Services in 2018 from a position at Human Longevity, Inc, as Head Oncology and Immunotherapy Program. Before that he GE Healthcare in a position as Chief Medical Officer, In Vitro Diagnostics, Life Sciences. where he was since 2011. There he had oversight of Medical Affairs, Clinical Pathology Services, Pharma Pathology Services, Bioinformatics and Research and Development. He was also President and CEO of Clarient Pathology Services, the professional group contracted to provide pathology services to Clarient Diagnostic Services and SeqWright. In these roles he led the overall development and execution of the medical and scientific strategy, aligning them with the overall GE mission and business strategy. Prior to Clarient, Dr. Bloom was with US Labs where he was Senior Medical Director since 2002.

Dr. Eckstein studied medicine at the Friedrich-Alexander University’s Medical School in Erlangen, graduated in 2015 and received his doctoral degree in 2016. Since 2016 he is resident in surgical pathology at the Institute of Pathology of FAU Medical School (Director: Prof. Arndt Hartmann) where he trains in general pathology with focus on uropathology. He is member of the Germany Society of Pathology and the International Academy of Pathology (German Section). His main research focus lies on characterization of immune phenotypes, immune evasion mechanisms and the crucial role of immune checkpoint proteins in muscle-invasive bladder cancer. A further focus is the diagnostic assessment of PD-L1 in several cancer types, especially bladder cancer and renal cell cancer. Since the start of his residency he authored and co-authored more than 26 peer peer-reviewed original articles.
Matthew works on Diaceutics’ software products and AWS infrastructure. He has a degree in Computer Engineering and over 8 years of professional experience across a wide range of technologies. He works on the Global Data team creating solutions to allow Diaceutics and its customers analyse data.

Nikola supports Pharmaceutical clients’ initiatives in optimizing implementation and follow up support of specific biomarkers/companion diagnostics relevant to client’s specific needs. Along with developing strategic proposals to advance patient identification and highlight areas where potential testing leakages may occur. She is also responsible for the development of laboratory networking, the reimbursement landscape and the understanding of testing regulations in Germany.
Nikola has over 18 years experience working in medical diagnostic laboratories, both in R&D of new diagnostic tests and within a commercial testing facility.
As the business data analytics expert, Nital is responsibility for data related client engagements during the initial scoping, proposal development through design, fulfilment, execution and client presentation of projects. She works closely with internal analytics and the Diaceutics global data team to ensure methodologies and analytic techniques are utilized to address client’s needs.
Nital holds a Masters Degree in Pharmacy Administration as well as an MBA in Pharmaceutical Business and has previously held several senior positions within Symphony Health.
As a Diagnostic Lab Liaison, Olga works directly with laboratories to pinpoint channels where testing improvement may be applied. Olga is a biomedical scientist with over 12 years’ experience in epidemiology, infectious diseases, microbiology, cardiovascular science, inflammation, and biostatistics. She has worked as a test developer and researcher in largest research and academic institutions in Sweden and Russia. She is focusing on building long-term relationships with physicians, pathologists, laboratories in the Nordics countries.
As Chief Executive Officer of Diaceutics, Peter has driven the organization from its inception in 2005 to become a leader in innovative solutions that enable pharma to leverage diagnostic testing globally. He has overseen the expansion and development of Diaceutics to support pharma therapy and diagnostic commercialization via a worldwide team.
Peter recognized early on that precision medicine would be an increasingly large part of the drug development paradigm, representing a shift in how the pharmaceutical industry operates. Peter’s role with Diaceutics complements over thirty years’ experience in international healthcare which began at GSK and Diagnology. Peter has spent two extended periods in applied industrial research, including a year at MIT’s Pharmaceutical Program at the Sloan School of Management in Boston. He has also published widely and is a respected speaker at precision medicine events around the world.
Peter has responsibility for establishing and developing client relationships for consulting projects. In this role, he partners with the client and oversees all aspects of project development, design, management and delivery.
Peter has 20 years of experience in clinical diagnostics that spans across oncology, genetics and ID. Prior to joining Diaceutics, he served roles in R&D, business development and medical affairs that include IVD assay development, biomarker and molecular diagnostic technologies assessment, companion diagnostics partnership alliance management, and medical & technical education communication at Nanosphere, Abbott and Ventana.
As Chief Financial Officer of Diaceutics, Philip has responsibility for all administrative, financial and risk management operations. He works closely with the management team and Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. In addition, Philip is responsible for maintaining compliance with US, UK and Republic of Ireland financial reporting, taxation and corporate governance standards.
Philip has over ten years’ financial and management experience as the Finance Director of a company in a global export market, as well as significant experience in product development, planning and product launch. He is an acting board member of a UK charity and has significant experience at board level in the charitable and not-for-profit sector. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, an associate member of the Institute of Taxation and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Piarella oversees the planning, development and execution of marketing strategy and implementation for our patient advocacy efforts. Here role empowers patients with regards to their diagnostic needs and to modify the diagnostic ecosystem with patients, and for patients. Piarella is a Patient Advocate with extensive experience in non-profit organisations at an international level.
Pilar focuses on the development of laboratory networking and the understanding of testing regulations in Spain. She has academic and professional qualifications in biochemistry, molecular biology, medical chemistry and biotechnology. Pilar has many years’ experience in oncological research, particularly in breast, colon and pancreatic tumours.
Prashanth is responsible for leading the development of Lab relations in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, ANZ and India by expanding our KOL database and facilitating the flow of Laboratory test information into the Diaceutics data ingestion engine. Prashanth has over 16 years’ experience of building innovative business in Biotechnology, Diagnostics, CRO, Medical Devices & Pharmaceutical industries.
Raymond is a PhD Graduate from Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) on a two-year placement as part of QUB’s Knowledge Transfer Project. He is responsible for performing research on healthcare economics and precision medicine, determining how better testing better treatment can lead to more efficient use of limited healthcare resources.
As part of the quality team, Rebecca ensures the high quality of deliverables by checking the consistency of presentation and clarity of the message before any decks or presentation materials are released to the client. Rebecca has 10 years’ experience working in a UK NHS genetic laboratory.
As Regional Vice President of Operations, US, Rick will be responsible for overseeing regional operations in the US including the execution and control of integrated, fully leveraged set of project activities and processes that deliver our services to assist Pharmaceutical companies in the development and delivery of diagnostic commercialization strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Rick is an executive with over 20 years of success achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within complex environments, having worked for Gulfstream Healthcare and Physicians Choice.
As a Diagnostic Lab Liaison Romain will execute primary and secondary market research in France, overseeing the execution and facilitation of market research studies along with the development of laboratory relationships and the identification and implementation of customers’ market research.
Romain is an experienced account manager with more than 15 years of professional experience in sales of medical devices. Romain spent 9 years with Roche Diagnostics focusing on commercialization of laboratory reagents for medical diagnosis in the field of pathology.
Ronan assists the Project Management Team in the delivery of client projects at Diaceutics.
Ronan has recently graduated with a bachelor of Science in Physics.
As Key Account Director, Roy establishes and maintains client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities and build an extensive business network within his appointed Key Clients. Roy is committed to helping clients solve problems, realise their business goals with Diaceutics solutions. Roy has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences in product marketing and sales management in APAC driving marketing strategies.
Sabit provides operational support for Pharma clients as they optimize implementation and follow-up support for biomarkers and companion diagnostics. He also highlights and improves lab testing pathways to prevent patient testing errors. Sabit has a background in molecular biology with ten years experience in neuro- and hemato-oncology labs. He has worked as Senior Scientist in research laboratories and clinical diagnostics.
As Corporate Finance, Legal and Regulatory Officer, Sally will play a key part, working in a team, creating, understanding, developing and validating investor related information with the focus on the messaging of the company and the regulatory obligations that exist as a listed company.
Sally holds a BA (Hons) in Law and is a member of the Law Society. She has worked as General Counsel and Company Secretary for a number of listed companies such as Warpaint London PLC, Grantsearch Partnership and Osmetech PLC.
Within her role Sandrine is required to execute primary and secondary market research in France, overseeing the execution and facilitation of market research studies along with the development of laboratory relationships and the identification and implementation of customers’ market research needs.
As Head of Strategic Alliances, Sarah is responsible for developing the overall alliance and partnership strategy for the Group, supporting the future growth of Diaceutics’ global business. Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify, develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solution areas. This includes negotiating commercial terms and business deal points to contract completion.
With a proven track record of driving strategic vision, operational delivery and growth, Sarah previously headed up and built Diaceutics’ Human Resources Department through the development of strategic and commercially-oriented HR interventions, cultivating high-performance teams across 23 countries.
Sarah has an academic background in Law and Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Institute of Directors.
As Director of Marketing, Sarah is responsible for coordinating daily operations of the marketing department, managing our presence at global conferences and delivering events in collaboration with clients and laboratory partners. Sarah has postgraduate qualifications and an academic background in marketing, communications and public relations. With eight years professional experience in marketing and event management delivering corporate and non-profit sector events on a global scale, she brings a high level of experience to the growing Marketing department.
Sarah Short works within the HR, Finance and Administration teams. Sarah maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, policies, programs, and practices. She has academic and professional qualifications in HR and Business Management.
As Product Designer, SarahJayne will be involved in the creation and evolution of data tools, networking tools, and digital services. She will be working with others to build insights, ideas and designs to present to the team for feedback and will progress design from a business and/or user problem through to a finished prototype.
SarahJayne has over 5 years’ experience in Product and UI/UX Design having worked for Pixel Union and Citi.
Scott’s role involves organizing and coordinating a portfolio of client projects and internal programs to guide the organization toward project and program efficiencies. He provides guidance to core teams in ways that ensure efficient and high-quality projects are delivered while promoting the company’s goal to delight our clients. He holds a BMedSc (Hons) in Medical Science and is an experienced project manager with a background in medical sciences, healthcare and clinical studies in both the NHS and Vitalograph.
Scott has recently (April 2019) taken up the role of Head of Data Science within the Global Data Team at Diaceutics. Scott has 8 years experience in the data field, with a masters in data science and previous to this role, held a senior position in the advanced analytics group at Seagate Technology. He has delivered on multi-million dollar ROI projects in the field of predictive machine learning and anomaly detection and is currently leading the machine learning forefront from the Diaceutics Belfast office.
Selin focuses on the development of laboratory networking, the reimbursement landscape and the understanding of testing regulations in Turkey. She has academic qualifications in medical genetics.
Selin has previous experience working in a medical genetic laboratory and as a scientific sales and application specialist.
Sery is responsible for the development of laboratory relationships and agreement on commercial contracts with the labs to enhance the supply of Lab data and increase the Diaceutics Global Lab Network as well as the identification of customers’ market research needs.
Sery has over 6 years’ experience within the Research and Commercial field. She has supported customers at planning and implementation phase as well as managing seminars and supporting customers such as pathologists.
As a Director within the Business & Corporate Development Team, Shannon will lead/support pre- and post-sales activity to sustain and enhance client engagements with a focus on high quality delivery for all Diaceutics products and services and ongoing client development. Shannon has a strong technical and analytical background in biomedical and pharmaceutical clinical research combined with extensive experience in business operations, sales, business development, corporate development, strategic alliances, growth strategy and venture capital.
Shilpa co-leads client projects and engages with test providers to understand the real world barriers that could impede uptake of precision medicine. Shilpa has academic and professional qualifications in biochemistry and genetics and 10 years’ experience working in a diagnostic genetics service. Her expertise is in molecular genetic laboratory techniques, particularly validation and implementation of services.
As Executive VP of Sales and Marketing Steve is responsible for developing and establishing the team of key account managers to meet the needs of the business, including establishing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities. Steve oversees the planning, development and execution of Diaceutics' marketing strategy and tactics. He drives efforts for Diaceutics to be recognized as a thought leader in the precision medicine industry and diagnostic health. Through PR, events management and digital marketing, the team leads communication efforts to promote provocative perspectives in this dynamic environment. Steve has a background in Pharma marketing to support brand launches and indications across a variety of therapeutic areas.
Susanne is responsible for leading the Knowledge And Insights Team of experts in Diaceutics. As the Pharmaceutical business model continues to change towards precision medicine there is a need to think differently and in an integrated way about the pharmaceutical and diagnostic business models from the top down in organizations. As Chief Precision Officer it is Susanne’s role to drive this agenda and help Diaceutics clients understand the critical relationship and dependency between testing and treatment and ultimately think precision medicine into corporate strategies and tactical plans.
Susanne has broad commercial experience with molecular pathology, where she has led several global launches of Companion Diagnostic products.
Tim executes primary and secondary market research in the Nordic Countries, overseeing execution and facilitation of market research studies, development of laboratory relationships as well as the identification of customers’ market research needs.
Tim has experience working in the life science industry, next generation sequencing, customer relations and technical and scientific support. Predominantly focusing on NGS products, qPCR, RNA and DNA Isolation Instrumentation mainly within the field of Oncology.
Ursula’s role covers a range of functions including Onboarding, training and development, employee relations, policies and procedures, systems updates, recruitment and probationary reviews. As a Diagnostic Lab Liaison Yatish will execute primary and secondary market research mainly in UK and Ireland, overseeing execution and facilitation of market research studies, development of laboratory relationships as well as the identification of customers’ market research needs.
Yatish is a highly skilled laboratory technician specialising in Biomedical Science. Yatish most recent role is Research laboratory Manager managing a histology laboratory.
As Data Scientist, Yen develops science projects that span across descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis. He supports evidence-based decision making and investigates patterns and relationships within data using systematic and scalable methods.
Yen has over 5 years’ experience in the medical field using predictive machine learning, data mining, data analysis and natural language processing to solve very complex problems and has worked for organizations such as Phoenix Indian Medical Centre and MobiMedRec.
As Senior Commercial Lawyer, Yvonne will be involved in conducting risk assessments during contracts negotiation and drafting and reviewing both general and complex commercial contracts.
Yvonne holds both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Law and is a certified European Privacy Practitioner. Yvonne has worked inhouse as a Commercial Lawyer at the Office of Fair Trading and OFGEM as well as Ticketmaster UK Ltd and more recently she was the CEO and founder of an online legal support platform for SMEs.
Zarina heads the in-house legal department of Diaceutics. As General Counsel, she oversees Diaceutics’ legal and compliance functions, and provides legal advice and support to EXCO and the management team. Zarina has over 12 years of multi-jurisdictional legal experience in various industries in Asia, Europe and the US, including financial services, energy and media.
