Collaboration depends on both co-operation, shared objectives and openness. We believe that the same applies to collaborative platforms and that is why we we’ve incorporated ideas from our customer feedback channels into DXRX to facilitate easier access for participating labs.
In our most recent user experience overhaul we’ve now added more sophisticated search and indexing functions to be able to easily find and join available collaborations.
Using keywords relevant to their interests, labs can search from the contents of all live DXRX collaboration listings in order to more efficiently connect to collaborations of interest, where previously search options had been more restrictive.
In addition, collaborations are now openly visible without the need to be logged in which allows for less steps in finding studies and projects of key interest and also to be able to share to interested prospective collaboration partners outside of the DXRX community.
The search results will automatically sort and index by the most recent opportunities with options to adjust or sort by other preferences.
Although small in appearance (with only a few new simplified fields visible in the platform), we have worked hard under the surface on this and a number of ongoing augmentations and we know that the effects experienced by our lab DXRX users will be significantly more than first meets the eye.
